Sunrise Lakes in Clermont. Has anyone stayed in a home there? experiences?

I think I've finally found a vacation home that fits our needs for bedroom combination and budget.
It's a 7bdrm in Sunrise Lakes located in Clermont.
We are familiar with the area due to going to The Citrus Tower a number of times over the years.
We were hoping for something in Davenport but oh well.
Just wondering if anyone else had stayed in a property there and what your experience was in the home and driving to the Disney World theme parks?

I think you are staying in the area of Hwy 27 opposite the junction of Hwy 474 & North of Hwy 192

It is about 3 miles North on Hwy27 , Right hand side , from Hwy 192

Just beyond Walmart at Cagans Crossing.

( You would be 20 miles South from Clermont )

You will be about a 20 min Drive to Disney Springs .
