We went round trip from MCO to Pop Century

Please Rate The Following On A Scale From 1-10 (10 being the best):

DRIVER: 10 – We had Roger. He was a very pleasant driver. Very
friendly. We enjoyed making small talk with him. He was also a very
safe driver. I didn't feel like he was in a rush to drop me up and
pick up his next fare which was nice.

CLEANLINESS OF TRANSPORTATION: 10 – The vehicles were very clean.

WAIT TIME/DRIVE TIME: 10 – Our flight to MCO was about 40 minutes
late, and Roger was very pleasant about it even though the airline
was still posting the flight was on time. When he came to pick us up
from Pop Century, he was 15 minutes early, which was okay because we
were waiting for him already. I rathered him be early than late!

VALUE: 10

QUALITY OF SERVICE: 10

OVERALL EXPERIENCE: 10 - I also appreciated the fact that they
called to confirm our pick up time the day before our flight to MCO,
which was nice.

I don't need or want a grocery stop so I'm ok with paying less and not having the option of a stop "included".

Chickyypoo, how new was the towncar? I don't need it to be a brand new car, but when we went to Cancun we were picked up by a late eighties Labaron with faded leather seats. That was not what I was expecting!

We had the exct same thing happen in Cancun.

It wasn't actually a towncar, which kind of surprised me, it was a white van, but it was still nice, and very roomy. It didn't really matter to me that it wasn't actually a towncar, anything was better than riding in a crowded Mears van with a half dozen other stops to deal with before I got to my resort. I would definitely choose Sunray again!

we also used sunray a while back they were great. i think you'll find that they are still cheaper than most even with the 10$ charge for the grocery stop.
