A bit slow about getting this one out, but my mom and I used Sunray on our trip in May.

Bob was great, and we have nothing but positive comments about our experience. He was on time/early for both legs of the trip, courteous, and friendly. We will definitely use him again! My mom had never used a towncar service before so this was a definite thrill for her. This is the best towncar service that I have used.

Details - 5/19 pick-up at Sanford transport to POR
6/2 pick-up at AKL transport to Sanford

We used Sunray in May and also had an excellent experience. Bob was friendly and the vehicle (Yukon) was exceptionally clean. He provided car seats at no extra charge for the little ones, offered to make an extra stop when I mentioned picking up some ** at a liquor store. We will definitely use him again & wouldn't hesitate to recommend him! I mentioned that he had a good reputation on these boards and he seemed to appreciate that! :sunny:
 
Based on reviews on the board, I've scheduled Sunray for our September vacation. I've been very impressed so far. Very good/quick communication. The airline rescheduled our flights and I e-mailed them about that -- got a confirmation back within 24 hours in a very pleasant e-mail. I'm looking forward to using their services.

Yes. It does stop at the grocery...I wonder if the grocery stores are open after midnight? We may be taking a late flight in February and plan to use Sunray again...They are great... :banana:
 
Super Walmarts are open 24 hours. There is one close to Disney.

I have experienced the same for my upcoming trip in July. I had communicated with them through e-mail back in Feb and was given a quote and told when I got all of my flight plans booked, to e-mail them again. I just completed all flight plans as well as times I would need transfer to another hotel. Further e-mail communication has been quick (within 24 hours). Each e-mail has been very pleasant. I am very excited as this will be our first time using a car service. :)
 
I've used Sunray back in October 2005 when we didn't rent a car.

Excellent service! I'd use them again if I needed a towncar service. We had Roger as our driver and he stopped at Publix for us. :thumbsup2
 
Bob was one of the highlights of our trip in March. It was a surprise for our DS's birthday. Bob was waiting at the bottom of the escalator for us with a sign that said, "Happy Birthday, Ivan!" We got a picture of Bob with Ivan.

Since my DS didn't know where we were going yet, (he thought we were going on a cruise for some reason,) he asked Bob, "if I give you $100 right now, will you tell us where we're going?" I reminded him that the hole in his theory was that he didn't have $100. :teacher:

Bob asked me if we were still going to make a grocery stop before he took us to the "port." We stopped at Albertson's because we were staying at Universal for that trip.

I couldn't say enough wonderful things about Bob's towncar service.
 
Their website indicates Towncars, SUVs and Vans, but doesn't offer pics like some other sites.

What is the SUV like?
 
Their SUV is a very nice late model black Yukon with tan leather seats. The vehicle was immaculate inside and out! We had 5 passengers, 3 adults and two babies and loads of luggage (including 2 strollers!)! Everything fit comfortably in the back including the groceries we bought at the grocery stop. :sunny:
 
i just booked with sunray for my upcoming trip. I was able to make the reservation online and received an email confirmation in less than 24 hours. They also noted my split stay and said it would be no problem whatsoever. I feel confident that everything will go smoothly when I arrive.
 
We used Sunray earlier this month. They were great. Roger was waiting for us at the bottom of the escalator. Did the grocery stop at Publix, then off to the Dolphin! Bob picked us up bright & early (6:00am!) for our 8:30am flight home. We had the SUV both ways & it was very nice. I would definitely recommend them. :thumbsup2
