Can anyone tell me if they do Sunday weddings?

I can't tell you for sure, but I can tell you that a weekend wedding would have to be a custom. They only do intimates (generally speaking) Monday thru Thursday (but I've heard at least one bride who is having an intimate on a Saturday).

Only Wp intimates are Mon-Thurs. The other locations for intimate weddinga are schuduled Mon-Sat. A custom Sunday wedding has a 15,000 min
