Sunday or Tuesday for MVMCP???

Should we go on a Sunday (arrival day) or a Tuesday (MK day) to MVMCP? Which day is usually less crowded?? Has anyone been on these days in the past?? THanks!

Hey Again! We have it booked on the Tuesday Dec 11th. Its our first time going so I cant answer your question though. I am interested in hearing too..

hi, we went last year. I had the same dilemma but then it worked out this way: since we had non hopper tickets and we were staying on the Disney property we had extra magic hours, so the day MK was open early we went early then when the park closed early that day for MVMCP and we had tickets for that day we just stayed- of course this made for an EXTREMELY Long day and night but it was our last night. FYI- stollers are free for the party. Thank goodness! I was actually trying to get someone who was turning in their stroller at the end of the day and a CM came up and asked if I was staying for the Christmas party and I said yes and he asked if I wanted a double stroller for the kids. I said how much? He said "free". What a lifesaver that stroller was because the kids were pooped after a long day. In fact DS, 3 fell asleep during the parade. Hope this helps

We've never done a Sunday because that's always check-in day but last year and the year before we did tuesday and we're doing tuesday Nov 27th this year. In 2004 we went on a friday. I don't think any of them is a bad choice. They sell a limited number of tickets and we walked onto every ride each time we've gone. The time we went on a Friday, signs were posted at the gate that it was sold out and the only time we noticed a crowd was during the parade. I love it and you'll have a great time no matter which night you choose. We waited longer for cookies and cocoa than anything else! Have a great trip!

We have decided on Sunday- we changed our flights to earlier ones so we could check in early, grab a quick nap and head over to the party around 4!
