Sunday Gospel Brunch - making ADR - help!

Hi all,
We are very interested in trying the Sunday Gospel Brunch for our Aug. trip. I called House of Blues and they said we need to call 2 weeks prior. I am very disappointed that I cannot make the reservation now as I am worried that I may not get a reservation 2 weeks prior considering Aug. is a very busy time. Any ideas? House of Blues said I may be able to do a reservation at disney dining.com but there does not appear to be such a site. They said on that site - I can make a resevration 180 days before but they can still cancel if they have a private party.

I've never had a problem making a reservation. I usually do it the day before or the morning of. Two weeks prior is plenty of time.

You cannot make reservations for Gospel Brunch through Disney, only directly through House of Blues as HOB is not a Disney-owned resteraunt.

I wouldn't worry too much about only making reservations two weeks in advance. When we were there last summer, although we had made reservations, there were some people buying tickets at the box office on the day of the event so it does not appear they were sold out. That could change if it was a holiday or special event weekend, such as Father's Day for example.

Things must have changed because last year I ordered my tickets to the Gospel brunch in June for our September trip. I was surpised this year when I tried to order ours for Anaheim and they wouldn't take orders that early. I don't think that one gets as crowded . However you can order them through HOB direct and it you look at their site online it will show when the tickets for your date will be available.( you will just have to keep watching the venue for Orlando) I do know you get seated closer to the stage the earlier you order them. We were right beside the stage last year and it was great. It was also sold out for our show so I guess I am like you I like to order early. Good luck!
