Today, for the first time, I did the WATP one mile without weights!! Next time I think I will try the weights....

Who else execised today?
 
I did! 1/2 hour on the stationary bike and 1/2 hour on the treadmill. DH worked out with me, which makes the time go by really fast. :cool:
 
I exercised today! I just completed FIRM ab sculpt (advanced moves). I feel great!!! :)

Who's next?
 
went to the mall to walk today - almost at my 10,000 steps
 

Hi!

Today was the first day I rode my recumbent bike in my neighborhood. It is the first time I have ridden it on a paved road, so I only did one mile as I am still getting used to it.

I also ran one mile.

Congrats to all exercisers! :)

I did 40 minutes on the treadmill. :-) Wanted to walk outside, but it's been raining for days... Yuck! Good job, everyone!
 
I did my weights and ran around outside chasing my 2 year old. I am hoping to do an aerobics video in the next hour or so.
 
Liz, in no time, you'll be doing the 2, 3 and 4 mile tapes! ::yes::

I did the 30 min, 2 mile WATP video myself, using wrist weights.
 
Did a warm-up and weight routine, then 45 minutes on the treadmill for a total of 3 miles. I was really bad when it came to portions this weekend on the Girl Scout Mom & Me Outing in NH, so I felt like I had to get in the extra mile even though it's a weight day.

Wasn't feeling so hot today, but I motivated myself to go to Lifetime at 8:00. I did 25 minutes on the treadmill and 20 on the elliptical cross trainer. Then I did 100 crunches, which felt great! Unfortunately, the pool was closed, but I did reward myself with hot tub time again! I could get used to this...but unfortunately I will only be home by the club for 6 more days... Great job to everybody who used the weekend!

I ran my first race!! 4 miles in approx. 46:00 (I'm still waiting for the official results to be posted). It was fantastic! :hyper:
 
Congrats April N!

I walked 22 min on the track at the Y and ran 8. Did weight training also. Went to visit my mom, and got on her treadmill for 20 more minutes.
