Sunday coupons

What major newspaper do you get the best coupons from? Our local small town coupon section is becoming awful. I am on the east coast and am hoping a large Sunday paper may routinely have coupons worth buying the paper for.

While I do attach some to my grocery savings
cards I don't have a printer so online printables are not an option for me.

Most major papers should have the same ones...Some are always going to be regional.
