Sunday Brunch - Inventions / The Steakhouse

Hey all

So we have a far away trip booked for Jan 15 and its just occurred this will be our 1st Sunday at DLP and well it would be rude not to have a special meal.

I was wondering whether there is still a brunch in The Steakhouse and what it cost (adults/kids) and what is included or to be expected?

I would also like to enquire about the current price for the themed brunch in Inventions and what we can expect to see there - I understand certain weeks are themed by countries and we would expect to see dishes native to that region and that others are character based - like Rapunzel - what would be the difference between the options for say the Rapunzel meal and a normal day at Inventions?

I would love to hear people's thoughts on these meals and their recommendations please and thanks

The brunch themes that have appeared lately are Rapunzel, under the sea (Ariel), Aladdin & Friends, Pooh and Friends, African Brunch, London Brunch, Brunch Cuisinier. I think Cinema, Aristocats and New Orleans are up soon. There's also Neverland and Hawaii which haven't been on for a bit.

The "country" themes are still in the minority and don't really mean that this country's food is in focus. It's more the characters dressed up in clothes matching the theme. Like Safari Donald for the African Brunch, or the London Brunch was Mary Poppins themed.

Sometimes you have a certain influence of a theme on the dishes, that's correct. The old brunch Hawaii had lots of pineapple dishes. But it's certainly not the case that you'll only find spicy African food at the African Brunch. There's always a certain number of "standard" dishes. Like the last four brunches I've been at did have amazing potatoes in Cheddar sauce.

Am I making sense there?

Yes, this is for Inventions.

The last price I am aware of is 64 Euros for adults, but that may have gone up since then.

I'll be there December 15, then I can get accurate pricing.
