I forgot to mention that Saturday Night after the fireworks we went out to the dock at the Cont. and watched the EWP. The America tunes brought tears to my eyes! what a cool show!
Sunday, we woke up early to hit the EE for Magic Kingdom. No wait to get in... We headed straight to Splash Mountain ..we had a blast(no wait at all) we were able to get on a couple of times!! We did notice the speakers along the way looked like upside down Mickeys!!!!!
We also found a Mickey fishing bobbin near Brier Rabbit in one of the scenes.
We headed over to Thunder Mountain Railroad! No wait! What a blast!!!!!! we loved it! There was a small line forming so we moved on.. Space Mountain was having some difficulty that morning so we didn't get to ride on that ride. We really enjoyed Buzz Lightyear and the kids had to go on the Mad teacup ride!!
We hit many of the rides early on.. thwait was never more than two or three minutes! We tried to go to the Hall of Presidents But it malfunctioned about five minutes into the show! When we got out , we noticed it was getting real busy. It was about noon. We watched Cinderellas Castle show as we were walking out! I loved the Hopper passes. It really invigorates you to know you can leave and just go to another park! We went back to the Cont. for some lunch and to fill our cups and off to Epcots Future World!
Test Track was having minor difficulties. So we decided to wait till later. We went into The Land I really enjoyed that!! We enjoyed finding the talking water fountains! (I cannot remember the exact locations,when my dc wake up i will ask them)It was fun to listen to them and to let other families know they were there!
We enjoyed Future World A LOT!!! We did most of the attractions in Future world, But we were tired! We decided to finish up another day, go back to the hotel and swim and rest!
Monday
We decided to hit Magic Kingdom early again. It is nice when the crowds are low! We did get to go on Space Mountain FUN!! We got right on,but by the time we were out of the ride the line was getting long! Some of the family went on Alien Encounters.They enjoyed it... Again the line was getting long... so we headed on! The Mad Teacup did not have a line so everyone got on for a quick spin. A couple of characters wandered up so we were able to acquire some more autographs! We did get to see Hall of Presidents! We all enjoyed that very much!
We had already decided we were going to only stay a few hours and then head over to AK. We ate lunch at Caseys and were able to get a front row seat to Cinderellas show! We really enjoyed Caseys Hotdogs!!
Made a quick stop at the Cotemp. to fill our mugs and on to AK!!
It was a very hot day and very muggy!! SURPRISE, no line at Mickey!! So we were able to get his autograph, We have been having a very hard time pinning Minnie down! My son said we have an effect on lines..we go to a place -no line- Then as we are going through the lines come right after us!! LOLOLOLOL!!
We enjoyed the Safari tremendously!! Of course Kali River Rapids was great, But we all agreed TOO SHORT! There was a wait for Kali river Rapids... about 20 minutes.. And it was HOT! we appreciated the water fountain along the way! We heard that there is a talking palm tree some where in AK.. We never found it,though! Everyone loved Dinosaur!!!!!!! WOW, When those Dinosaurs come to your face!!
We enjoyed AK ,But we all decided that we wouldn't have to come back!
We did hear that Minnie was going to be making a character appearance ,so off to catch her!! YEA!!! Minnie and Mickey together!!
We left to go and rest at the hotel before tsking on Illuminations at Epcot!
We got to Epcot in plenty of time.. We got a front row seat! BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!!!!!! Breathtaking!!!! What a fabulous show!!!!!!!! Surprisingly, we made it onto the first monorail home.......... We got to our room and heard a bang outside our window! FIRWORKS at the Castle!! It was past ten and the MK closed at 7:00!!?? We enjoyed a spectaculer show!!! We all agreed we were having a magical time!!
