Ouch! Sure hope you don't get one, but if you do I think Aloe gel is the BEST!!!

Be very careful...you can get serious burns from the Florida sun!!!!! Also sun poisoning!!!

Use Tylenol or Motrin to bring down the swelling and reduce the heat. Cool soothing baths. And then kepp covered up.

One of the best advise I got from one of these boards was about how to dress in hot weather.

Wear light colored loose clothing that covers your bidy and "flows". Less is not always the best way to stay cool. think of all the cultures that live in dessert areas, and what they traditionally wear. Not bikini tops and speedo's but nice long caftans that let the air circulate and cover them up.
