Sun Pass vs E Pass

Does anyone know the difference between these 2 pre-paid toll options? I've seen both around Orlando and am considering getting one, but not sure if 1 is better than the other. Are they both good for all of Florida? Are they good for any other state? Would you recommend 1 over the other?

The SunPass is state wide. It can be used on E-Pass and O-Pass roads, but the E-Pass is only good on E-pass and O-Pass roads.

So I highly recommend the Sunpass!
