Summer Sale rates on Expedia

so these are the discount codes as per Disney. I called for AP discounts and the couldn't offer match the price at the values...

Expedia is not allowed to undersell disney, so lowest price you will ever see on Expedia (barring something very strange such as a disney authorized promotion) is whatever is the lowest rate available to the general public from disney itself (whether via a code or otherwise). Expedia can offer this rate, though, even if disney CRO itself is sold out of its inventory. But expedia can't match special disney rates that aren't made available to the general public -- so this includes AAA rates, AP rates, or florida passholder rates.

I know that others can't undersell Disney, but they only had preferred view rooms left, so even with the AP discounts they weren't as cheap as Expedia.

Just thought I would post this for folks who can't get the coded rates via Disney. I couldn't when I went through the website, so I was very happy with this rate.

For our August 2004 trip we had booked thru Orbitz (in June 2004) and got Wilderness Lodge, 8 days, 7 nights magic your way package, including airfare (for 4 people) for $2,500.
You just can't beat those deals.
