Summer rates??

Hi everyone, does anyone know when they will be releasing summer 2014 rates ?
(As far as vacation packages thru Universal)
I'm getting anxious!!!, we went for the first time last summer and I'm completely hooked.

Just as an FYI, packages aren't cheaper than purchasing your vacation separately and they include hefty fees for any changes. Prices for hotel rooms change a lot.
