hey,
I may be spending this summer in CA and will be going into my senior year of high school next fall. At my school we are required to pick something we are interested and then present it to the high school in the spring. I was thinking, since I'll be so close to the parks, that it would be awesome to work in the DL park. Does anyone know if it would be likely that the park would hire an 18 year old to be a character in a parade or something over the summer? thanks :)

When I worked at the Disney Store over they holidays, they had a poster on the bulletin board in the back about a seminar/meeting thing for college students. So the college students could work for Disney while they got their education. Go for it! There are fabulous perks for working for Disney, and I'm sure it's a fun place to work.

Here at WDW we do have high schoolers that work here, but there are restrictions. I am sure that DL has a casting center that you can contact & ask questions.

Good luck! :sunny:
