Summer Fun pass - starting when?

I'm being asked when the Summer Fun Pass will be available, my guess is starting June 3rd when the Disney summer season starts. Assuming they will have it this year does anyone know when stores will have it in stock?

Its interesting to note, however, that it is not being called the Summer Fun Pass. It is simply the SoCal resident ticket offer. -- Suzanne
