Summer discount and CBR

Does anyone know if CBR is usually excluded from the summer discount?

We currently have a booking for POR garden view. But I prefer the room interior design at CBR and the fact that it is newer. However, other than the Pirate rooms, no other room category is available with the summer discount. I wonder if Disney would release more rooms from CBR later on.

CBR did have King, Water View and Preferred available under the Summer Discount. But there weren't many of them and they went within the first couple hours.

Yep, WDW seems to have less and less rooms being offered. Plus; it seems after a resort gets a refurb they are not included or limited during the discounts.

We switched to a water view the day it came out....I am guessing all the rooms are sold out.

I haven't been able to find any moderates for my dates. I am deciding between a value suite or a deluxe to use a discount.

Discount rooms go pretty fast. And my bet is they are releasing fewer rooms. POR is our fav moderate and has some extras like the boat to DTD, a fun evening entertainer in the lounge- Bob Jackson puts on a great show. Also carriage rides. The landscaping is beautiful, we love the mansion section.
