I have concierge reservations for the CR for 7/14-7/22. I'd like to know what are the chances of me being able to get a discount once the Florida resident rates or AP rates come out?

Well, based on last year's discounts for that time period, it should be pretty good - but of course it's hard to say what this year will be

Here's last year for July (2006)

Check ins between 6/20/06-8/5/06 Florida resident room-only rates for selected Deluxe & DVC resorts became available on 6/8/06, exp 8/5/06
Check ins between 6/20/06-8/5/06 Annual Passholder room-only rates for selected Deluxe & DVC resorts became available on 6/8/06, exp 8/5/06
Check ins between 7/5/06-8/5/06 Annual Passholder room-only rates for selected Deluxe & DVC resorts became available on 5/17/06, exp 8/5/06
Check ins between 7/5/06-8/5/06 Florida resident room-only rates for selected Deluxe & DVC resorts became available on 5/18/06, exp 8/5/06

It will also depend on how many CL rooms they open for discounts at what resorts - you'll want to keep watching for deals and jump as soon as you see any offered.
