Summer Bay 2br. yes/no

Finally a 2 bdr for the week of June has popped up, I have heard mixed reviews of Summer Bay maybe some of you can help, I have stayed at Orange Lake and Vistana does this place compare to them? How close is it to Disney? Do they have microwaves and washer and dryers, does the second bedroom have twin beds or does it have a queen or two full? I am thinking this may be my only chance to snatch up a 2bdr for June so any input would greatly be welcomed. Thanks
