I was wondering if it's normal for 2020 tickets for the summer to not be available yet? Or are they coming out soon?

How do you mean? The tickets you buy today are good for 1 year. Except for promo tickets with specific expiration dates. If you're waiting on the next promotion, I'm sure it's just a matter of time. Or, the Express Passes aren't sold that far in advance, if you're thinking of the "combo tickets."

I just got my tickets for Oct during a Black Friday sale - they have an expiration of 12/2/2020.
