Suites

Can anyone recommend a nice and reasonable hotel that offers two room suites. Not two bedroom but a bedroom with a seperate living room area. We have a 20 month old and would like to have some privacy so he can sleep and we don't have to tiptoe and whisper around one room.

Holiday Inn family suites - is probably you best - they advertise on the top of this website.

don't mark off the 2-bedroom - some are timeshares for a week stay they are definitely the best - pricewise. they also come with a complete kitchen - so your meals are much cheaper.

WDW is a very expensive place.

when are you going and how long are you staying? are you going to be doing just WDW? or us/ioa? or SW? or other things?

There are several hotels in the WDW area that have 2 room suites. Doubletree Guest suites near Down Town Disney is probablly the closest. Near the Crossroads is a Residence inn, they actually have a one bedroom condo style, with a full kitchen. That may come in handy with a toddler.

Try some of these:Comfort suites Maingate East, Hawthorn suites, Buena vista suites, Caribe Royal Suites, Quality Suites Maingate East and Homewood suites.

Another option may be Tropical Palms. They have small cabins located in a campground. These cabins are self contained, with a full kitchen and a separte bedroom. There's a pool there and they seem quite "tropical". I am sure there are others that I have missed... do a search and most of these actually have floorplans that show a separate sleeping area.

We've stayed at Homewood Suites, Quality Suites, and Days Suites. All were fine and I'd do any of them again. The 1st 2 include breakfast, the last doesn't but it usually the cheapest. Check out the last 2 at www.thhotels.com.

Another option is to consider renting a condo. You can get a 2-bedroom condo at Windsor Palms starting at about $55/nite depending on season. More space than you probably need but a great deal and very nice accomodations.

One of the best is Buena Vista Suites, you can get a great discount on this board. They are big rooms and very close to WDW. You also get a free breakfast for staying there. We have gone there many times and have never been disappointed.
