Has anyone stayed at a suite hotel in the Orlando area, and if so, what did you think of it? In particular, has anyone stayed at the Holiday Inn Sunspree or the Nickolodeon hotel? I'm concerned that the guest rooms may seem somewhat worn compared to the Disney hotels, but the bunk bed option would be really helpful for my kids.

Nick gets some nice reviews.

Holiday Inn was getting some bad ones - but the latest reviews on trip advisor seem to say the problems were solved. although I haven't heard of a rehab for this place and the reviews I was seeing that is what it will take.

the rooms were in bad shape - or at least that is what people here were saying?

Nick is as expensive as WDW hotels.

both AKL and WL have bunk beds - okay you pay extra - but the FW cabins also have bunk beds and no extra charge.

Nick hotel is still fairly new (under 2 years) so it really is not worn. They do a great job on the upkeep of the place. I don't find the rooms as some report small since I find it bigger than a deluxe room at WDW. The rates are also better than WDW deluxe rooms and they have deals all the time plus you get more for just staying there. There is tons of free entertainment and the pool can't be beat. I hope we are going again in August. We love it there!
