Suite hotel near Disney??? = one night only

Hello Dis friends....Arriving one day before our official check in at the cabins for FD. There are 4 adult and 2 toddlers. We would prefer a suite type hotel close to Disney that would have a reasonable price. We don't need fancy, but we need clean and convenient. Thanks

Embassy Suites Lake Buena Vista SOUTH location-around $125-150 no resort or parking fee
Doubletree Suites Downtown Disney/LBV same price range, no resort but $17 parking fee

I have gotten both of these for a bit less with good discounts. Both are fine for what you are looking for. We are Diamond so we always get a free breakfast so I am not sure about what they offer at Doubletree for free without the status. Embassy Suites would be free breakfast and a decent evening reception. Embassy is a fairly new property. Doubletree was just renovated. Ease of access goes to Embassy just make sure you choose the South LBV location. If you want to be super close to Disney Springs go with Doubletree.
