Suit Hire Help

Hi

I'm flying over for form the UK and want my wedding suit s to be a certain suit, a morning suit to be exact.
As we are coming over for 2 weeks we want extended hire and I'm finding everywhere really expensive.
I'm just wondering what other UK brides did about this and if anyone knows of any places near disney that rent this suit.

Its does not have to be these colours its just the suit that I'm really after.

Any help anyone can give that would be great

I have just realised that I never got back to you before I went on holiday I am so sorry.

If you are going to hire in the UK my friend had hers from Pronuptia and I think they were around 65 each for 2 weeks, not bad I thought. I think the shop I had my dress from was around 90 for 2 weeks.

I decided to hire ours out in Orlando to save the hastle of taking them with us, they weighed a ton! also they would be pretty creased.
We hired ours from after hours (theres also carol allens). Is was quite easy really we did everything by email. I sent the measurements to them (they provided a list of what they needed) and when everyone got there we went to the shop to try them on, needless to say no-ones fitted!! it wasn't a problem they sorted it out and they were ready the next day. You can usually get a free suit for the groom.
I think they did have a morning suit although we went with black suits.

We got ours from Carolyn Allens! We just faxed/emailed over the measurements - they came out a few days before the wedding to fit the suits and then we just left them at the front desk after the wedding!

Can you remember how much they were?? I have been on the websites but cant find any prices?

I think everyone paid around $150 each for the full suit plus shoes.
We did manage to get 2 free suits as we hired 14. All the guys in our wedding had them as it saved them bringing a suit all the way from home.

Did you pay for them all or did you ask them to pay for them??

We have 6 to get and I was going to pay for them but we ideally wanted to hire them hear for three weeks as we have a receptiona nd blessing at home once we get back

Everyone paid for their own. No way was I paying for 14 suits!!

We had a at home party but just Steve had a suit for that, the best men, fathers etc. just wore normal clothes. (the bridesmaids did wear their dresses).

Where you having your blessing? is it in a church? could you get away without everyone wearing a suit?

I agree with Sam...no way was i paying to hire that amount of suits! Everyone in our wedding party was so greatful not to have to take a suit over they were happy to pay!

gary hired his kilt from slaters menswear http://www.slatermenswear.com/content/frameset.asp?page=s1 (theres loads of shop all over the country), it was about £130 for 4 weeks! they do morning wear. the closest one to essex is crawley or canterbury. we found them to be really helpful and good value for money
