We just added a day to our BCV reservation and will be on the dining plan...the extra day we will NOT be in the parks...we already have TS reservations for Boma's and Cape May outside of the parks...can someone suggest a good non-buffet place outside of the parks?

We have done O'Hana's until it isn't that fun anymore. Our kids are late teens so characters are not necessary anymore (sadly). I had thought about Maya Grill at CSR, or Spoodles, but I sure would welcome some suggestions. Thanks

We love, love, love Spoodles. DS(16) loves the Boardwalk atmosphere and he loved everything he ate at Spoodles. I think the teens would enjoy as much as the adults.

Beaches and Cream was the best burger i have ever eaten but if you want steak or a heartier meal i would recommend concourse steak house at the contemporary or whispering canyon at the wilderness lodge.

Wolfgang Pucks Cafe, Cap n Jacks, or Kona Cafe just to name a few that hasn't been mentioned so far.

I would say Kona Cafe at the Poly. We loved Kona! I would dare to say that Kona has some of the best food on the property!

Decisions, decisions.... all of those places sound good....I had forgotten about Whispering Canyon and Capn Jacks....and I always love Spoodles.....guess this one goes up for a family vote.

Thanks for the suggestions.

I would do Kona in a heartbeat. We tried Spoodles a few months ago and it was horrible. The meal was the worst we ever had, everything was way over cooked, the bacon was like a salt lick, the biscuit and croissant was hard and greasy and the potatoes were rubbery....
