Ok. Now that I am feeeling good (Some pain but no much) how do I avoid overdoing it. I am doing things I haven't been able to do in years like my own laundry and cooking. But I know if I overdo I will end up back on my back again.

Any ideas how I can make sure I don't go beyond what I should?

Well Lisa...

First off Congrats on the new abilities!! :) Second....take it slow....if you're doing laundy....(this is saying the laundry room is near your beedroom) what I do when I'm not feeling great is load up a load in the washer...lay down till I hear it go off....then pop it in the dryer....load the washer again.....then you don't have to load the washer again till the drying is done :) that should make it a smidge easier to keep feeling good while you do things :)

I have been trying to think of some good hints for you, but it is too hard to concentrate with the dust bunnies laughing so loud. ;)

Good hint from Wheelsie. The one I thought of is that most things that can be done standing could also be done sitting. And some of the things that could be done sitting could even be done while lying down.
I also try to keep in mind that there is no law that says the whole house has to be clean at the same time. I try to keep kind of a rotation. My house is seldom totally clean, but it's usually generally straightened up with a few pretty clean rooms.
