Suggestions on a Romantic January Getaway?

HI...

My fiance and I are planning a January getaway...just us. We are both military and he just came off a 6 month deployment, while I will be going on one right after our vacation...So to make a long story short, we are trying to get in a week's worth of precious us time.

I have a general itinerary worked out including fine dining and a specialty cruise, but would appreciate any suggestions and tips from you Disney veterans out there on any specifics to make our trip truly memorable.

We will be staying onsite, with parkhopper passes, and we've decided to not set a budget. (within reason of course! )

Try Citricos in the GF for dinner- request a table by the window and afterwards walk down by Bay Lake if it's a nice night- Rent a pontoon boat and sail down the river from PORFQ to DD and back one afternoon, very relaxing- walk the countries in epcot early one evening stopping to share some food & drink along the way- My DH and I go every year for our anniversary and find just relaxing and having fun together is romantic. Whatever you choose will be great- it's the time together that counts
