Suggestions - IOA plan

Please help! I think US plan was easy, but IOA in one day is making me sweat. DH, DS (5) and myself are going to be there on April 29th and are staying onsite (so we have the express pass). DS may just make the 48' WITH shoes so there are some things that will be a play by ear. PLEASE tell me what is wrong with this plan or what I can do better.

8 am - 10am (early opening for onsite) - HP World in this order (ollivanders, FJ if DS makes it, Flight o Hipppogriff, castle walkthrough, walk around)

10:15 - 11:45 - Spiderman (hopefully twice with express pass), Storm Force

12 - eat

12:30 Playground in toon lagoon
1-2 - toon lagoon water rides
2-3:30 - Jurassic River adventure, Pteranodon Flyers , Jurassic Discovery center

3:30 -4:00 - Walk back though HP on way down

4- 5 - Sinbad and Poseidon fury if they are showing at this time

5 - 7 - Suess landing / anything he wants to attempt again if time..

Please help I feel like this is tight and DS is still not getting to do things again if he wants, I may be underestimating the express pass power though and we have more time than I think. Any suggestions would be great!!!

You are allowing way more time than needed for Spiderman and Storm Force. I think your times are very ample. Personally, I think you are going to be able to get way more done than you have figured.

The Sinbad/Poseidon's Fury both in one hour will be difficult though. You really are at the mercy of showtimes here.

Thanks that makes me feel better I don't know what to expect and what to think with the express pass so looking at it as still a 20 min wait on everything with it. I think now I will just breath and stress later I am a accountant so a planner by nature (sometimes way to much)

April 29 should not have large crowds. We rarely have more than a 5 minute wait when we stay onsite.

I think you should see the Sinbad show over the Poseidan attraction if you have to make a choice. Poseidan has some cool effects but probably won't be nearly as enjoyable for your 5 year old son. Sinbad is funny and action packed and really geared to youngsters.

Crowds could be different when you go but I just was there Sat. so it's fresh in my mind so I can tell you exactly what we did.

Arrived 8:15. Got on Spiderman @ 8:30.
Went on FJ, Hippograff, hung around Harry Potter for a few minutes.

Poseidons Fury
Ate at Burger Dig (next to discovery center)

There was 8 of us so there was lots of lingering/loitering/waiting around for someone to catch up, so it's not like we raced through at breakneck speed.
Our shuttle was not coming to pick us up until 3:15 so I actually had to slow things down b/c we were getting finished so early.

My 8.5 year old was petrified at the Poseidon show! (mostly b/c of the dark)
