Suggestions for visiting a non WDW attraction for 1/2 day?

We will be visiting WDW in Sept. with 3 yo DS. We will have a car and I want to visit another attraction close by for 1/2 day. Any suggestions taking into consideration toddler in tow Thanks!

I don't know your itinerary, but for that time period the weather should be great for a pool day. Sea World is fun, but is a lot of walking from show to show and sitting waiting for the show to start. We took our DDs there last weekend (2 & 4) and both were restless waiting for shows to start and then terrified of the size of the animals, and we were well back from the splash zones, so we weren't up close to them. The noise was also upsetting them, our Sea World has a show called Viva, it had lots of music and fog and really stressed our older daughter out.
