I do realize this may not be the best place to post this; and wasnt sure where the best place would be.
We are surprising the kids with a trip to WDW, leaving on New Years Eve. Well probably let them know at Christmas. It is not their first trip, although it will be the first time theyve been to WDW other than in summer (we had the APs, got super cheap flights, you all know how quickly these things can happen or how easily mommy can justify making them happen!).
They will be five and nine years old when we break the happy news; my little one is still a pre-reader.
Does anyone have any ideas of a way to make this surprise special, other than just telling them? I was thinking about a box with balloons holding a letter from Mickey, but that doesnt seem quite right. Id appreciate any ideas youd be willing to share. Thank you!
