suggestions for solo time?

I'm spending an extra day at WDW this time by myself. Does anyone have any favorite spots to visit on your own??? I will be attending the MNSSHP the last night, but haven't quite decided what to do the next day....

While at Walt Disney World for a conference without my family, one of the things I enjoyed most was exploring the Animal Kingdom Lodge and having dinner at the chef's table at Jiko. You could check out any of the deluxe resorts.

Wandering the BoardWalk or Downtown Disney is fun, too.

When you're solo, it can be much easier to really soak up Epcot's World Showcase, too.
