suggestions for snacking at epcot

My kids love Italian food. Any idea what is offered in Italy.
Hopefully I can them away from chicken nuggets for a couple of days.

I had a wonderful frozen mochacinno from the coffee stand in Italy. The next day we ate at Alfredo's. This isn't in the snack food category, but I had the best fettucine alfredo I've ever had. I ordered it as part of the sampler plate with lasagna and gnocchi. For dessert, we had the dessert sampler that had about 5 different things on it, including a wonderful tiramusu, a cannoli and some other chocoate things. My kids had the spaghetti and meatballs and a cute pink mousse dessert that looked like a ladybug and was decorated with m&m's.

All of this food sounds yummy. We may have to try this when we go. Does anybody know if they have any special types of food at christmas time. i.e. christmas cookies from each country. I'm hereing that all the countries are decorated for their traditional christmas with their respective santas present. this would be cool.princess: :Pinkbounc

I love the lefse served at the Norwegian bakery. It's so simple and so yummy.

That chocolate mousse tart dessert in France sounds wonderful. I can vouch for the chocolate mousse and now must try the tart.

Sweet Pretzels from Norway... I believe these are traditionally Christmas pretzels in Norway. They are made with a sweet dough, have a glaze on them, and then are topped with thinly sliced almonds. They are very yummy, albeit a bit messy.

Have fun!
