Suggestions for good QS location at a MK monorail or boat Resort?

Looking for a new place to have a QS meal (dinner) at a resort accessible by monorail or boat around the Magic Kingdom...

I want to stay away from burgers and sandwiches (unless there is something unique about them), as we'll probably end up eating more of those than we want at other QS locations during our trip.

Looking for:

• New food choices (something other than just burgers and sandwiches unless it is something unique)
• Cool location and setting
• Convenience

Captain Cooks at the Poly. Hands down. Varied menu ( the Thai coconut meatballs are crazy good). Nice quiet area and you can grab an adult beverage from Sams outside bar or a dole whip from the stand next door.

My new favorite QS is Geyser Point at WL.
Great location and very nice snack options.
