We're staying at POP. What do you recommend? Thanks

If you are concerned about the cost then Mears is the answer. It can sometimes take a very long time to get to your resort with Mears. The ride can also be uncomfortable since you will share with a lot of people going to any number of non-Disney and Disney resorts along the way.
For the best service a towncar is your answer. There are many posts about people's experiences with the various towncar services.
We always use a towncar since our priority is to get to our Disney resort fast and with no hassle.
We have read many good reports and will be trying Prestige town car this time. (I think it's prestigetowncar.com)

note that if you are going after May 5 Disney will be providing free transportation from MCO to all Disney resorts starting on that date...........

You have 4 main choices (5 when Disney starts the Magical Express service that wdwgoofeeee mentioned):

1. Rent a car. For a week of Economy class car, this will cost you roughly $120-$160. My personal preference because it gives the MAXIMUM flexibility - go where you want, when you want, and never wait for a bus.
2. Take Mears shuttle service. This is $27 per person, round-trip. Takes a long time and can be crowded, stops at multiple hotels.
3. Take a towncar service. Must be reserved in advance, cost is $80-$110 round-trip depending on company, holds up to 5 people (larger vehicles like vans and even limos available at higher cost). Best option for 4 people if you don't want to rent a car.
4. Take a taxi. Round-trip cost is about $90-$100.
5. Disney's Magical Express service, starting May 5, is a shuttle service provided by Disney (it's actually contracted out to Mears) that takes you from MCO to your Disney resort, included free with Disney vacation packages (I don't know if it's available for room-only packages). Luggage service included; your luggage will be delivered later by a different vehicle and dropped at your hotel (whether it goes to your room directly or you have to pick it up at Bell Services, I don't know).

From your counter, it looks like you will be arriving on or after May 5th, which is the start of Disney's Magical Express. If this is indeed the case, just by staying at POP, you will be entitled to use it. Just call CRO and have them set it up for you. Also, you will want to check out the FAQ section for Magical Express here in the DIS, so you know what to expect (BTW: room-only does qualify, and the bags are expected to arrive in your room before you do). But free works for me, and the luggage service makes it even better.

Good luck!
