Suggestions for double b-days at end of NOV?

Hello all! Haven't typed in for a long while! I have a question about celebrating b-days in the KINGDOM!!!!! (Please feel free to put this thread in a more appropriate place)

Traveling there Nov 29th-Dec 2. My son turns 4 while we are there and my daughter will have just turned 16. Does anyone have any suggestions for her Sweet 16?

I want to do something special for her- I would really love to get her in a parade but that is wishing upon a star! I want it to be great! We are already ordering something for the room and a cake for her and her brother but I want her to be Mouskamagicked for her belated b-day.

Anyone know anything-she's not a dining out girl, so no fancy dinners. She's one of those typical teen girls that it has to be all about her on her day. She likes things to feel expensive (even though Mom can shop on a budget better than anyone), and she loves sweets and hates feeling like a teenager. She wants to be grown- like every other teenager!

its at epcot but, what about the illuminations cruise for her? i know they pick you up from the yacht and beach club resort, and they take you on a small tour of the area. because its a birthday, i know you can order specialty dining from the disney dinner menu and if you dont want dinner, they provide small snacks, and they also have decorations available including birthday cake. you get to watch the fireworks on the lake, like youre right in the show.
i know i wanted to do this for my sweet 16. :]

How about a spa day or a backstage tour? I think 16 year olds can go on the behind the scenes tour that isn't available to younger children. You could also see if they extend the Wishes Dessert Buffet in Magic Kingdom to cover your trip dates.
