Suggestions for Disney to Improve Park Touring?

Hey People! I was thinking about what Disney can do to improve the Park experience? I came up with an idea: Water Fountain Improvement. I can't understand why with all of the technological advances that we've experienced up till now as to why can't the water fountains dispense cold, refreshing water! It will reduce the lines in kiosks because you don't have to walk to a C/S just for a glass of cold water. Plus, the patrons would be better hydrated and reduce agitation.

OK, it's up to you. And don't give out the old 'return to old fastpass', 'reduce the price of tickets' stuff.

They should either add more desirable rides or reduce the number of people that they let into the parks. Either of those would solve the FP issue.

Additionally I would like to see more spontaneous character interactions instead of the stand in line meet and greets.
