I am hoping on a WDW trip in December 2005. Just DH and me.

I am planning for the end of November and into December. So the trip will cover our wedding anniversary (Nov 27th) and DH's birthday (Dec 2nd).

This is what we have in mind (if dates fit)...

Yuletide Fantasy Tour
Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party
Candlelight Procession
Osbourne Family Lights (if they are back)
Decorations at Various resorts and parks
Hope to stay at Wilderness Lodge
Sleigh Ride

Can anyone tell me about the Storytellers at World Showcase..does each country have them?

What else specific to the holiday season should we think about.

This will be our third trip so we are not concerned about trying to see all the regular rides and attractions (we will try to catch our favourites) but want to focus on the holidays.

Hi, Rachael Q-

Sorry that I can't offer any advice, since this December will be our first family trip to WDW at Christmas...

I just wanted to say that our wedding anniversary is also November 27th (this year will be #10!) and my DH's birthday is 12-12.

Wow!

There are storytellers in each of the World Showcase pavillion who tell about the holidays and traditions celebrated in their countries. I would recogmend that you see at least a couple of them. They're pretty interesting.

As for the other festivities, the treelightings at Mk and EPCOT are very nice and festive. Also, be sure to catch Voices of Liberty and American Vybe at American Adventure. They do Christmas songs insteed of their normal sets during the season.
