Suggestions for Christmas Eve

Well, we've been to WDW too many times to count. We're finally going to experience Christmas at Disney. It's just my beautiful wife and me. Does anyone have any suggestions for Christmas Eve? Romantic or otherwise?

The best Christmas eve hubby and I ever had at Disney...we went into Jelly Rolls, met this amazing couple from Alabama and sang the night away. It was excellent.
