So... I'm very excited. My sister-in-law and I, plus two other girls have decided to sign up for the Princess 1/2 marathon in March. So this will be ther FIRST all adult/girl's trip I've ever taken anywhere, period. I have 3 kids and am trying to stifle the guilt of going to DW without them! So, my question is, other than Le Cellier because we definitely plan on eating there b/c we never have, what other non-signature restaurant would you all suggest for adults with no kiddos? Also, all you experts on whether or not the dining plan is worth it, do you think adding the reg dining plan for two nights will be cost effective for an adult or should we just pay OOP?

since it is an all-girls trip how about afternoon tea at the GF? it is very nice. actually, my husband does not mind going to this!:yay:

We enjoyed Kona last week. It is not "themed" but it is in the lobby of the Polynesian so it feels a tropical. There were quite a few tables there without kids. My DH and I enjoyed a Lapu Lapu (the rum drink served in a hollowed out pineapple!). Our entrees were good and the chocolate fondue for dessert was yum too.
We also enjoyed Coral Reef too. Many of their choices are 'grown up'. We did not encounter this but some have said that it is quite noisy and if you sit close to the tank you may have some uninvited 'guests' coming up to your table to get a better view of the fishies.
Oh and we had our first meal at Le Cellier last week and it was really great.
