Suggestions for a 3 bdrm rental for early next summer?

We have made many trips to Orlando over the years, but are looking for something a little larger than a 2 bedroom suite. We'd like a 3 bedroom, 2 bath somewhere within 15 minutes or so of the theme parks. Over the past few years, we have been burned a few times renting properties on the gulf coast that were absolutely HORRIBLE, so I am nervous about booking something new in the Orlando area and don't know where to start.
Any suggestions on something fairly updated (I'm not too picky, but clean is a must, and a pool would be a bonus) and decently priced?

Best choice Wyndham Bonnet Creek. Less than a 5 - 10 minute drive from the Disney parks and around 15 - 20 from Sea World and Universal. Rent from red week.com, tug2.net, vacation strategies or any other mentioned on these postings. Could also try extra holidays.com but, since that is Wyndham's rental site, the price may be higher than the others.
