Suggestions for 2 day visit

We've decided to come to Disneyworld since we'll be going to the Gator Bowl in Jacksonville on New Years Day (GO TERPS!!!). We'll be arriving Monday 12/29 before noon and leaving 12/31 so we'll have two days in the parks. We're staying at the Dolphin and have decided to go to Magic Kingdom and Epcot. Here's where I need your help..which park should I do Monday and which on Tuesday. We'll be travelling with 2 teenage girls and 1 college freshman boy.

Sense, the Park hours for MK aren't posted I would go to EPCOT first. Staying at the Dolphin you'll be right at EPCOT and EPCOT will be opened until 9:30pm that day, I feel that way you will have longer at each Park, as you wont arrive until later Monday (not at Park opening) then Tuesday go to MK for the day.
