Suggest a new forum?

I am still a novice at this whole message board thing so I'm not sure how to go about doing this, but I was wondering how we can make a suggestion for a new forum.

One area I'm interested in that doesn't seem to have it's own space (unless I'm missing something, which is entirely possible) is Disney media, to include movies, music, video games, and related topics.

How could I make an "official" suggestion/request for this type of forum. Sorry if I'm breaking protocol here but I wasn't sure how else to ask this.
