I found these tips for "jokes" at whispering caynon - any other sugesstions?
My DS8 wants to go there sooooooo bad! Just booked it for oct 7th

Wear a Hat or T-Shirt from Universal or Sea World
Ask your server where his 6-shooter is
Tell your server you spent the day at an attraction outside of WDW
Tell the server who's birthday or anniversary it is
Have your kids "egg him/her on"
Have one of the males in the group ask where the restrooms are
Challenge your server to a pistol fight and ask for a gun
Claim your straw is not long enough
Chew gum
Ask the server where you can buy some chewing gum in WDW

Ask for Ketchup or crayons (for the kids)
Ask for a LARGE water or soda
I've also seen the waitstaff ask the restaurant to quiet down while people talk on their cell phones

Here are some things we saw while there last week:

If someone from your party orders the skillet, sneak a bite
talking on the cell phone will get the wait staff to yell "quiet down"
Tell them you do not have enough straws/napkins/ketchup
If you do not eat all of your food be prepared for someone to call for help
Birthday treats will be shared (much to the horror of the birthday boy we saw)

If possible, ask for BJ to be your waiter. He was at the table next to us and was a hoot!

Order the bottomless milkshake. Tell you server you heard they're really thick and you need a big straw.

Tell you server it seems a little quiet.

Accidentally spill something when delivering ketchup to another table (A friend knocked over their creamer and as punishment he was made to ride a stick pony around the whole restaurant. I wish I had a picture of the big smile on his face.)

We're going with some first-timers (to WDW) in October, and I intend to mention that fact to our server.

We're going to be celebrating my son's 6th birthday when we go. Any suggestions for us?

Should we order the extra cake there, or do that at a different restaurant?

Just realize that none of this is guaranteed to happen (OK-except the ketchup). On our first visit we had lots of interaction and antics however our 2nd vist there was little to none--both were at dinner time. I guess it depends on your server.

I've heard that if you ask for a rowdy server and a good seat in the middle of the action they will usually accommodate you.

I've got an ADR here for the free dining and I don't plan on telling my kids anything about the place. I think it'll be even more fun for them if they don't know what's coming.

order a Pepsi

after having consuming large drinks, DH asked where the restrooms were--this prompted our server to stand on a chair & warn patrons not to swim in the resort's pools! :teeth:

when a server is about, have a member of your party buzz you on your cell--

ask for something not on the menu-

just suscribing to the thread...
me and my DGF will be going there for the first time in August..
hope to get a good server...keep the suggestions coming! :rotfl2:

I told the waiter that my DS 14 had kicked me under the table and told me to "shhh"....he had to ride the pony around the restaurant and everyone else got to "spank" him with their napkins as he rode by...very red-faced and he still hasn't forgiven me! (it was a year ago!!)... :cool1:

I also read that WCC was a little taken back when someone presented a "list" of things the server was "supposed" to do!

So again, dont expect things, just go to have fun and enjoy the atmosphere around you!!

I have an ADR here in August, and I was kind of considering cancelling although the antics would be fun for us. We went to PT50s Cafe this past August and we tried our best to egg the server on and he was ok, but not really into it like some of the others. We still enjoyed it and had a pretty good time and a really good meal. I already have more ADR's than the DP credits and I do plan to pay for some things OOP. I guess I have plenty of time to decide though. Anyone know if there's a local (Chicago area) chapter of WDWOPA (WDW OverPlanners Anonymous)?

Oh!! That's a classic !! I already tell my DD6 that I can't wait until she's a teenager so I can really embarass her!!

Like others have mentioned, none of this is garaunteed, but playing up to the servers helps. If they don't think your group will be "into it" they might not be as likely to get rowdy.

Just don't get caught "stealing" ketchup from another table. This is what happened to a guy at the table next to us last summer!! :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

LzzyBee if there is i may have to join! i have a HUGE and by HUGE i mean HUUUUGE chart that covers my desk with my Dates, ADRs, counter sevice meals, park opening and closing times, EMHs, MNSSHP dates that will happen while we are there and all the phone numbers i will be using! haha....

We celebrated my granddaughter's 6th birthday there in January and had told them about her special day and actually thought they had forgotten all about it. Then a group suddenly came to our table, asked her to stand up in her chair, proceeded to ask her what her name was and how old she was. Then they asked if she would hold the cake while they sang birthday--which she gladly did.

They sang horribly, all out of sync and off pitch. As the song ended, one waiter reached for the cake she was holding and then they all began to eat it at once. You should have seen the look on her face of disbelief.

It was hilarious and a complete surprise to us. Needless to say, before we could all finish laughing, they brought her out another cake!
I was so glad I had movie camera on this event.
