but yet I can't get enough of it! I crave all kinds of sugary things, cookies, chocolates, etc and I always feel nauseous after I eat them. I am so addicted to it I don't think I could go one day without something sweet. Now I know how smokers feel 

But I found if I eat more protein I don't have the cravings anymore. It keeps the blood sugar more level and sweet things rarely even seem appealing to me anymore. HTH
