Where can I find sugar free or reduced sugar ice cream, :mickeybar yogurt or snacks at DLR? Do I need to carry my own snacks into the parks? If so, what is the closest grocery or drug store to DLH?

There is a ton of sugar-free candy at DLR, so I doubt you'll need to pack in your own sweet treats.

I really want sugar free or reduced sugar frozen treats. Do any of the ice cream places in the park serve such a thing?

Depends why?

If you are diabetic take what you are use to from home. I took a box of Special K bars and Star Crunch, packed in my bag of Diabetic supplies. Neither my airport or LAX had any problem with it. Altho I was so Low at DL I needed to eat more foods.

There is a 7/11 and ABC Market near the Candy Cane Inn, on Harbor Blvd at the corner at Katella. If you head the other direction on Harbor toward Bell Road and continue to Lincoln, turn left onto Lincoln and continue till you see the Food For Less grocery futher on on the left side there is a Ralphs grocery.

Brrr-Bank Ice Cream at DCA has sugar free butter pecan ice cream - I believe it is also available at Gibson Girl at Disneyland.
