Sugar Cane Chicken at Mara?

Does anyone know if the sugar cane chicken at Mara is the same that was served at the S. Africa booth of the Food & Wine Festival? Specifically, is the chicken at Mara served with the same sauce that was used on the chicken at the F&WF?
