Suess Type Ride Question

I have a question regarding the existance of a ride. In "the Unofficial Guide to Walt Disney World 2002" chapter that desribes MGM, Universal, and SeaWorld, there is a ride listed in Suess Landing called "Sylvester McMonkey McBean's Very Unusual Driving Machines". The description matches what I've seen in various Island of Adventures videos, however, I do not seem to find it on the Universal Orlando website, nor any discussion boards. So my question is: Does this ride exist, and if so, is it any good?
