Sudden Points Change at Creation Rewards

A couple of weeks ago, I had enough points and some to spare to redeem for 2 $10 walmart gift cards.

I logged in today to check on the status, and I noted that only 1 was processed and I am at a deficit. How did this happen? There is no reversal of credits that I can see.

Last week when I checked, I still had a positive balance and my 2 gifts card rewards were pending.

I emailed them and can not wait to hear their reason.

Update - I got an email today (very quick response). They said there was a reversal on purchase credits (from a purchase I made last August). Not sure why - go figure.

Though, they did say there was an error in how many points that should have been showing and they did fix this. So instead of being down a negative number, I am at a positive number again. I think they took away about 300 points.
