Some of you may remember I shattered my ankle and leg a year ago May andhad to have it put back togther with screws and plates. Well, I am finally caneless except for long walks. Plus I can finally go up and down stairs as long as I have a secure rail to hold onto. And I can finally wear a pair of sneakers and put my foot flat! It has taken over a year but I am actaully better than I was before the accident!

Whoa! VERY COOL!!!

I was told after my break that the ankle may be stronger than it was from the calcium that deposited around the break.

Congrats about getting your foot into those shoes too....I remember the thrill!
