Success at renting out points?

Are most of you successful in finding a renter for your points when listing them on this board?

I was just wondering as I'm thinking of buying into DVC but may need to rent out my points occasionally.

I would suggest you use your own word of mouth type advertising for your points. You will get a much better return than this board nets. There is a real market for point rentals. I have over 4000 points at my disposal to rent at 12.50 each from 9 different members and I have less than 200 left this year!!!

I have not used this board but word of mouth and I have rented for as high as $16.00per pt. and only for studios since I am not willing to give up all my dvc stay in 1yr just enough to cover maint fee.
